"Alfrid Lickspittle" is a concept which has only appeared in an adaptation of the works of J.R.R. Tolkien.

Alfrid was the civil servant of the Master of Lake-town. His character was invented by Peter Jackson for The Hobbit (film series) and will be be played by Ryan Gage.[1]
