Anders Stenström, aka Beregond, is a Swedish Tolkien scholar.

Since 1967, Stenström has been an enthusiast of Tolkien, and since 1976, when he became a member of the Tolkien Society Forodrim, he carries the byname Beregond.

Beregond has researched different aspects of the works of Tolkien, published several articles, and been a speaker at and organizer of conferences and conventions. Together with Kristina Valinger, Beregond was responsible for the creation of the Swedish subtitles for Peter Jackson's The Lord of the Rings.
