Dr. Andrew Philip Broad is a software programmer and designer from the greater Manchester area. He designed Manic Miner: The Hobbit^[1]^[2] and Jet Set Willy: The Lord of the Rings,^[3]^[4] two Tolkien-themed expansions of original games.
