She studied Visual Communication at the Bauhaus University in Weimar and Art & Design at Colchester Institute.[1] Her work had been popular on the Internet for some time when she was asked to attend Tolkien 2005,[2] filling an artists' panel with Alan Lee and Ted Nasmith. That same year, her art was used in Ringers: Lord of the Fans. She has since sat on the artists' panel at The Return of the Ring and Tolkien 2019.[3] Currently, she works as an art teacher for Gymnasien (german secondary schools)[1] and is on the editorial team of Der Flammifer von Westernis, the German Tolkien Society's bi-yearly magazine.
