Araglas (T.A. 2296[1] - 2455,[2] died aged 159) was the sixth Chieftain of the Dúnedain, following his father, Aragorn I, when he was killed by wolves in 2327.
[edit] History
Araglas' rule was uneventful. He died in 2455 - after having ruled for 128 years - and was followed by his son, Arahad I.[2]
[edit] Etymology
Araglas's name is Sindarin. It presumably means "Royal Joy", coming from the prefix ara-, "king", and glass, "joy".
