Norge Tolkien Forening Arthedain is the Norwegian Tolkien Society, founded on September 16, 1981 in Oslo. The society has two smials, Talath Aer in Oslo and Mithlond in Bergen. Publications include Angerthas and Angerthas in English, and its co-founder Nils Ivar Agøy has translated The Silmarillion, Unfinished Tales and The Children of Húrin into Norwegian.
