Astulat, the Bony ridge, is the name of a hill only mentioned in a manuscript about Elvish grammar.[1] Nothing else is known about this place.

Etymology

The name Astulat is Qenya for "Bony ridge", composed of astula ("bony") + hat ("ridge (comb, crest)").[1]
