Baragund (F.A. 420-460) was a descendent of Bëor, and a member of Barahir's Outlaw Band.
History
Baragund was the son of Bregolas. He had one daughter, Morwen, with an unnamed wife.[1] He survived the Dagor Bragollach and lived as an outlaw with his uncle Barahir and some companions.[2] They were eventually betrayed to Sauron and killed.[3]

Etymology
The full meaning of Baragund is unknown. The first element is said to consist of the Exilic Noldorin word bara ("fiery, eager").[4] The second element could perhaps be gund (cf. Felagund).
