Belba Baggins was a Hobbit of the Shire.
History
Belba was the eldest daughter, and second-oldest child, of Mungo Baggins and Laura Grubb. This made her the aunt of Bilbo. She married Rudigar Bolger, and they had one child together, Herugar, the grandfather of Fredegar.[1]
