Belba was the aunt of Bilbo, and although this isn't stated in the genealogies of The Lord of the Rings, she is the great-grandmother of "Fatty" Bolger.
Belba married Rudigar Bulger, and they had one child together, Herugar, the grandfather of Fredegar.
It is likely that Belba removed to Budgeford, the seat of the Bolgers.
