Belegaer - Cercle d'etudes de Tolkien en Belgique was the Tolkien society of French speaking Belgium (Brussels and Wallonia).

Belegaer was active in the 1980s and 1990s and published Cirth De Gandalf. This society was dissolved after the death of its driving force, Nathalie Kotowski in 2001.[1]
