Bogans is a 26-minute fan film, written by Peter Tait. It was released on DVD in 2003.
Plot
Three "Bogans", Greg, Ray and Luke, travel across New Zealand to meet Peter Jackson. Their goal: be cast as an extra in The Lord of the Rings.
In a strange turn of fate, two of the actors actually ended up in The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King: Ian Hughes played Irolas, and Peter Tait was Shagrat.
