Bored of the Rings is a parody of The Lord of the Rings, and is influeced by Harvard Lampoon's book Bored of the Rings. The names of the characters are changed (Grandalf is Gandalf, Bimbo is Bilbo Baggins, Fordo is Frodo Baggins). The game is divided in four parts (by every you need a password with you get at the end of the previous part). The authors of the game are Fergus McNeill, Judith Child and Ian Willis. It is the first of the serie Hairy Toes, the other part is The Boggit.
