Bregil (born F.A. 386) was a woman of the House of Bëor.
History
Bregil was the eldest child and first daughter of Bregor who was the fifth chief of the House of Bëor. She was the elder sister of Hirwen, Bregolas, Gilwen, and Barahir. Bregil married Arachon a Bëorian and they had two children, a son Brandir who was their eldest child and a daughter Beldis who was their youngest child, born in 409 and 411. Her daughter Beldis married Handir, a chieftain of the Haladin and was the mother of Brandir the Lame, the last chieftain of the Haladin.[1]

Other versions of the legendarium
In the earlier version of the genealogy of the House of Bëor, Bregil was the younger sister of Bregor. In the later version she became his daughter.[1]
