Bregil (born F.A. 386) was the eldest child of Bregor, descended from Bëor the Old. She married Arachon and they had two children, Brandir and Beldis (mother of Brandir the Lame).[1]

In the earlier version of the genealogy of the House of Bëor, Bregil was the younger sister of Bregor. In the later version she became his daughter.[2]
