Calacirian is a region of Eldamar in an near the entrance to the ravine of Calacirya. The name appears in Bilbo's song (Eärendil was a mariner) in Rivendell:

and seven lights before him sent,
as through the Calacirian
to hidden land forlorn he went.

The name Calacirian is actually an anlicized form of Kalakiryan(de), derived from Kalakirya.
