Calmacil was the eighteenth King of Gondor.
History
Calmacil was the brother of Narmacil I whom he succeeded as King in Third Age 1294.
His reign lasted for ten years in which his son Minalcar continued his function as Regent (a function Calmacil had held previously during Narmacil's reign). It therefore would seem he never held any actual power.
In 1304 he died and was succeeded by Minalcar, taking the name Rómendacil II.
