Christopher Edgerly (August 6, 1969) is an American comedian and voice actor. He was hired to replace Viggo Mortensen, who had walked out because of compensation issues, in EA's The Return of the King. Edgerly voiced Aragorn and a Rohan Soldier. He went on to voice Aragorn in The Battle for Middle-earth Anthology, and provided the voice of the ranger Elegost in EA's alternative fellowship-game The Third Age.

Voice roles

"I couldn't do Viggo when he was talking low. I can't do him if he's like this, but if he [he starts yelling] yells or skewers an orc with his sword...[laughs][he stops yelling] which is mostly what video games are."
― Chris Edgerly on mimicking Viggo Mortensen, 2007 ComicCon.
