Clive Selsby Revill (April 18, 1930) is a Wellington born voice actor, best known as the original voice of Emperor Palpatine in The Empire Strikes Back. Revill, who now mixes screen acting with voice-over work, provided the voice of Thorin Oakenshield in Sierra's The Hobbit, and did several unspecified additional voices.
