Edhelharn is the Sindarin word for Elfstone (Q. Elessar). King Aragorn II of the Reunited Kingdom used this name as his epithet (Aragorn Arathornion Edhelharn)[1]

Etymology

Like "Elfstone" and "Elessar", it comes from the words edhel "elf" and (lenited) sarn
