Notes[edit source]

  1. In the family tree titled "The Line of Dol Amroth" in the Peoples of Middle-earth, under Elboron's name appears the description "Second Prince" affirming his succession to the princedom. Because Aragorn announced at his crowning that the office would remain hereditary, Elboron also succeeded Faramir as Steward of Gondor.
