Farin is one of the main characters of The Lord of the Rings: War in the North. Farin is a Dwarven champion of Erebor.[1] He uses an axe for melee-combat and a crossbow for ranged combat.[2] His strength lies in fighting enemies in close quarters.[1]
History
Farin traveled from Erebor to Eriador to repay his people's debt to Bilbo Baggins. During the War of the Ring he fought, with Eradan and Andriel, against Sauron's armies, led by Agandaûr, in the north of Middle-earth.[1]
