Can anyone suggest to me a site that has something similar to "On This Day in Middle Earth" or "Today in Middle Earth" that tells events on the day it is in Arda? I'm looking maybe for one with tracker/ something I could post to a website. Ideas?--Breragor (TalkContribsEdits) 00:40, 26 March 2009 (UTC)

The Encyclopedia of Arda has the Chronicle of Arda, but I don't think that can be embedded in any website. -- Ederchil (Talk/Contribs/Edits) 10:50, 26 March 2009 (UTC)
There's also Shire Reckoning, but, again, this can't be embedded on a website. --Mith (Talk/Contribs/Edits) 08:26, 27 March 2009 (UTC)
Well actually, The Shire-Reckoning has an Atom feed, and it is possible to embed an Atom or RSS feed into a website.-- KingAragorn  talk  contribs  edits  email  17:11, 27 March 2009 (UTC)
Could you tell me how to embedd it? Or is it just html, or do I upload it to a site and then transfer it? --Breragor (TalkContribsEdits) 23:31, 27 March 2009 (UTC)
There are different ways to embed it, what type of website is it? Have you got a link?-- KingAragorn  talk  contribs  edits  email  12:55, 29 March 2009 (UTC)

It would be to www.nationstates2.com (or you can just clikc on the "Nation" link in my sig). The site uses Wikisyntax/html. How would I embed that?--Breragor (TalkContribsEdits) 22:55, 30 March 2009 (UTC)

I don't know of anything that you can embed, but if you find something or make it on your own be sure that it takes into accounts the differences between the Shire calendar and the Gregorian calendar (see Appendix D to LOTR). The months of the Shire calendar are different from our months even if Tolkien substituted new names, and there is a seasonal difference as well. Eldorion
