Herugar Bolger was a Hobbit of the Shire.
History
Herugar was the only child of Rudigar Bolger and Belba Baggins. He married Jessamine Boffin and they had one child together, Odovacar.[1]
Etymology
The name Herugar means "war-spear"[2]
