Hugo Bracegirdle was a Hobbit of the Shire.
History
Hugo was the eldest child of Bruno Bracegirdle, born in S.R. 1350.[1] In his lifetime, he was notorious for borrowing books from Bilbo Baggins, though he rarely returned them. After Bilbo left the Shire, he left Hugo an empty bookcase in which he could store all those books.[2]
