Jessamine Bolger, née Boffin, was a Hobbit of the Shire.
History
Jessamine was the daughter of Hugo Boffin and Donnamira Took.[1] She married Herugar Bolger, and had one child, Odovacar.[2]
Etymology
Jessamine is a fragrant plant. The name is exotic but comes to English through French.
