Lee Grinner Pace (born 25 March 1979) is an American actor. His break began playing Calpernia Addams, a male-to-female transsexual, in the film Soldier's Girl, but he is best known for playing the starring role, Ned, in Pushing Daisies. On 30 April 2011 Peter Jackson announced on Facebook that Lee Pace would be playing the Elvenking Thranduil in The Hobbit films.[1]
