Two feast days of the Shire Calendar that lay either side of Midyear's Day (and, in a leap year, the special feast-day of the Overlithe). 1 Lithe fell on modern 21 June, while 2 Lithe usually fell on modern 23 June, but on 24 June in a leap year.
