Måns Björkman is a Swedish Tolkien linguist and member of The Tolkien Society Forodrim.
On his webpage, Amanye Tenceli: The Writing Systems of Aman, Björkman specializes on presentation and discussion of writing systems invented by Tolkien (Tengwar and Sarati).
Björkman also works with graphic design, having, for example, created computer fonts based on Tolkien's writing systems and made the design for the Swedish booklet Alviska fraser ("Elvish Phrases")[1].
