Malva Headstrong

Malva Headstrong was a famous and important Hobbit. She wedded Gormadoc Brandybuck about two hundred and fifty years before the War of the Ring, and was the ancestor of the Brandybuck Family, including Merry, a member of the Fellowship of the Ring.
Etymology
Malva is Latin for "mallow" and is a genus of plants with pink or yellow flowers.
