Nanduhirion is the Sindarin name for the valley outside the East-gate of Moria more commonly known as Dimrill Dale (Khuzdul Azanulbizar).
Nanduhirion contains the elements nan(d) ("vale"), dû ("dimness"), sîr ("stream") and the ending -(i)on.
