Ned Pruner is a concept which has only appeared in an adaptation of the works of J.R.R. Tolkien.

Ned Pruner was the jailor of Archet's Jail.[1] He's the husband of Peg Pruner.[2] When the Blackwolds assaulted Archet and freed Calder Cob, aswell as some other captives, from their jails Ned tried to stop them. In a fight inside the Jailyard he was killed by Calder Cob and another prisoner.[3]
