Nori was a Dwarf of Durin's folk, who accompanied his lord Thorin Oakenshield on the Quest of Erebor. He had two brothers named Dori and Ori, who went on the quest as well. Nori fought in and survived the Battle of Five Armies. It is also possible that he fought in the Battle of Dale during the War of the Ring.

Nori was of Durin's line and a remote kinsmen of Thorin Oakenshield.
