Ringló Vale translates to "Valley of the cold flood" and was a vale located in Gondor. The valley was the location of a Gondorian fiefdom. THe son of its lord, Dervorin led 300 foot-soldiers to the support of Minas Tirith before the Battle of the Pelennor Fields.
