The Sack of Bar-en-Danwedh occured when, betrayed by Mîm the Petty-dwarf, the outlaws of Túrin Turambar were massacred in Bar-en-Danwedh (House of Ransom) in Amon Rûdh by orcs. Túrin was bound in nets and taken alive to Angband. Beleg was also bound, but was left there to lie, until Andróg cut him free.
