Sadoc Brandybuck was a Hobbit of the Shire.
History
Sadoc was the son of Gormadoc Brandybuck and Malva Headstrong. He was born in T.A. 2779, the middle child, between his brothers Madoc and Marroc. He has three children, of which the daughter, Salvia, was born in T.A. 2826.
Other versions of the Legendarium
In the first draft of the Took Genealogy, "Sadoc" was the name of the founder of the Brandybuck family. The name was later changed to Gorhendad, and the name "Sadoc" was applied to his descendant.
