Second Age 1200 (abbreviated to S.A. 1200) is the 1200th year of the Sun of the Second Age of Middle-earth.
Notable events in this year include:
- Sauron endeavours to seduce the Eldar. Gil-galad refuses to treat with him; but the smiths of Eregion are won over. The Númenóreans begin to make permanent havens.[1]
