Stefan Ekman

Stefan Ekman is a Swedish doctoral student in English at Lund University, writing a dissertation on fantasy literature, Writing Worlds, Reading Landscapes: An Exploration of Settings in Fantasy, which will be defended on 16 October 2010.[1] Between 2002 and 2009, Ekman was employed by a Swedish publishing company as a fantasy specialist. He has also worked as translator of fantasy books, and taught English at various universities in Sweden.[2]
In 2009, Stefan Ekman contributed internationally to the study of J.R.R. Tolkien by publishing the article "Echoes of Pearl in Arda's Landscape" in Tolkien Studies: Volume 6.
