The Swans of Gorbelgod were a race of swans, told about in legends on Númenor. They were apparently white and of an unusual great size, greater than normal birds.[1] Little more can be said about these creatures, and where the site of Gorbelgod was situated.

Other versions of the Legendarium

In the manuscript, J.R.R. Tolkien at first used the name Dur nor-Belgoth, which was changed to Gorbelgod.[2]
