The page has been 'busy' for about 3 months. I guess the editor has abandoned it? Sage 15:11, 19 February 2009 (UTC)Reply[reply]

The way I see it, he just doesn't have the time for it. Which reminds me, I still have OED and Rose Cotton. -- Ederchil (Talk/Contribs/Edits) 15:21, 19 February 2009 (UTC)Reply[reply]
Indeed I had not the time for it because I'm preparing for my Abitur (A-levels). But I'll try to continue editing in the Easter holidays. Eldarion Telcontar 13:54, 4 April 2009 (UTC)Reply[reply]

English

Do we use British or American English? "enthral" or "enthrall"? I would prefer British English because it's Tolkien's language, isn't it? - Eldarion Telcontar 10:45, 13 April 2009 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Didn't know there was a diff in enthrall - thought it was a typo. As far as I know (and am concerned), we use wiki-rules on the matter: as long as it is consistent within the article, it's not important what variation is used, so long as quotes are not changed. If your only edit is changing it from one regional variation into the other, it gets reverted.
Personally I prefer OED spelling like Tolkien. See also WP:MOSS -- Ederchil (Talk/Contribs/Edits) 11:06, 13 April 2009 (UTC)Reply[reply]
Okay. I asked because User:72.89.224.203 changed "enthral" into "enthrall" which is to change it into American English (or so at least "Collins English Dictionary" and "dict.cc" say because I must confess that I don't have an OED at hand). - Eldarion Telcontar 11:34, 13 April 2009 (UTC)Reply[reply]
