Use of asterisk[edit source]

This article has:

"Possibly Old Sindarin *anda < Root ÁNAD."

According to Talk:*, it would seem that we should delete the asterisk in this article..? Personally, I wouldn't mind using the codes [[*]] and even "[[<]]" so readers can understand what is meant.
