Why did Christopher Tolkien not put these guys in the Silmarillion? Also this is from Ingwe's page:

Ingwë is the leader of the first Kindred of Elves called the Vanyar and the uncle of Indis, wife of Finwë. He was reckoned as High King of all the Elves. His name means "First One" in Quenya. His tower in Tirion was called Mindon Eldaliéva.

If his name means "First One" then why are these guys before him? I think that JRR might have wanted these guy's out of his mythology or maybe they were meant to be other names for Ingwe, Finwe, and Elwe. Ælfwine228 20:51, 2 August 2008 (EDT)
