Canon evidence for what? That it was actually the case? Nope. It's what (certain) people in Middle-earth believed. --Ederchil (Talk/Contribs/Edits)
But is there a canon evidence that certain people of Middhe-Earth believe in that? In Return of the King, for example, what is said is that "(...)
