After seeing Morgan's edit, I remembered a point I wanted discuss a time ago. We've several non-canon categories, which mostly or only include adaptations characters. Stricly spoken this is correct, as adaptations are indeed non-canon. But I think we should not put adaptation articles in the same category as articles on concepts created by Tolkien. I would prefer if we replace 'Noncanon "Race"' with '"Race" in Adaptations'. --Amroth 14:46, 30 January 2012 (UTC)

:Yep, I agree with Amroth. We must distinguish between these two type of sources.--Morgan 15:02, 30 January 2012 (UTC)

Non-canon[edit source]

After seeing Morgan's edit, I remembered a point I wanted discuss a time ago. We've several non-canon categories, which mostly or only include adaptations characters. Stricly spoken this is correct, as adaptations are indeed non-canon. But I think we should not put adaptation articles in the same category as articles on concepts created by Tolkien. I would prefer if we replace 'Noncanon "Race"' with '"Race" in Adaptations'. --Amroth 14:46, 30 January 2012 (UTC)Reply[reply]
