I've been debating recently on how best to organize this content. While having articles based on the books is nice, it limits how the visitor can navigate the quotes. For instance we almost need "Quotes by Aragorn", "Quotes by Frodo", "Quotes about Aragorn", "Quotes about Frodo", "Quotes outside of Middle-earth and not by Tolkien", etc. For this reason I've decided to relocate the quotes off the wiki and develop a database driven website specifically for them. For more information or if you have any suggestions you can email me at hyarion[at]tolkiengateway.net or of course talk to me in the chat. --Hyarion 11:52, 11 August 2006 (EDT)

Update: The basics of it are complete and it should be online by this weekend. TolkienQuotes.net --Hyarion 23:17, 15 August 2006 (EDT)

What is this?

Does this have any value anymore? -- KingAragorn  talk  contribs  edits  email  22:56, 4 November 2011 (UTC)Reply[reply]

No. But, there is potential value in the idea. What about, e.g. "Frodo Baggins/Quotes", "Riddles in the Dark/Quotes", "Rivendell/Quotes"? --Mith (Talk/Contribs/Edits) 20:28, 5 November 2011 (UTC)Reply[reply]
I do like the idea.-- KingAragorn  talk  contribs  edits  email  13:35, 12 April 2012 (UTC)Reply[reply]
