Thain's Book

Thain's Book was a copy of the Red Book of Westmarch, and the only one to include Bilbo Baggins' Translations from the Elvish. Made in Gondor by Findegil, it was kept by the head of the Took family, the Thain of the Shire, at Great Smials.
