Tolkien 2005 was a convention held by The Tolkien Society from August 11th-15th 2005 at Aston University, Birmingham, England. This particular convention was extra special as it marked the fiftieth anniversary of the complete publication of The Lord of the Rings by J.R.R. Tolkien.
