I was first introduced to [[J.R.R. Tolkien|Tolkien's]] [[Legendarium]] in September of 2019, when my friend invited me to come over and watch the [[The Lord of the Rings (film series)|The Lord of the Rings]]. Since then, I've done extensive research about [[Arda]], discovering [[Tolkien Gateway]] in August of 2020 and making this account in October of 2020 (October 4th, to be exact).
Hi! I'm Ancalagon the Black. Yes, I know, [[Ancalagon]] is an evil dragon, but he's the greatest of the [[Dragons|winged dragons]], and I like dragons a lot. I was first introduced to Tolkien's legendarium about a year ago (as of October 2020) when I first watched The Lord of the Rings movies. Since then, I've read [[The Silmarillion]], [[The Hobbit]], and [[The Fellowship of the Ring]]. Personally, I like The Silmarillion the best.

My favorite race would definitely be the race of [[elves]]. They are mostly chill, kind beings who get along with each other well, except in the [[First Age]]. In battle, they are fierce, loyal, and strong, which is what I like in a warrior.
