I am a devoted Tolkien fan eager to contribute to site with my knowledge and writing. I consider my area of expertise to be in the matters of Hobbits, the Shire, Buckland, and Bree-land: That area. My knowledge is lacking in the area of dwarf lore.

In addition to that previous shortcoming, it should be known that I am very technologically inadept. I'm certainly not an insider on how to work the talk pages, chat rooms, or any of the like. Please keep that in mind.

My current aspiration for the site is to update the Main Page more frequently. The Childen of Hurin article has been featured for time out of mind (to use Tolkien's words), as has the featured quote. I am happy to help with those things and update the main page--I would indeed love it. Email me regarding absolutely anything whatsoever, especially regarding this last issue.
