Vivendi

Vivendi is a French media conglomerate, owner of Sierra Entertainment and for a short time also of Houghton Mifflin. The branch concerned with interactive multimedia, Vivendi Games, published several video games on the license of The Lord of the Rings and The Hobbit, before the book rights went to Electronic Arts:
